Terms & Conditions

1. Student needs to be prepared for the road test up to the satisfaction of the instructor.

2. Students are responsible to pay the road test fee $78 to the Government. **Applicable for all the packages. https://onlinepayments.gov.nl.ca/RoadTest/

3. Additional or extra lessons will cost $60/Hr. **Applicable for all the packages.

4. Additional or extra road test fee: $130+tax (use of our car for your road test plus 1 hour's practice time before your exam and travel time).

5. Road test will be re-scheduled if the balance is not clear.

6. All unpaid accounts will be sent to a collection agency and court. You will be charged an additional $200.

7. Will SPDT disclose my personal information to any outside parties? An agent retained by us in the collection of your account, or to perform any administrative function for us, provided the information is required for and used only for that purpose.

8. Travel Time Policy: for appointments located outside city limits, an additional charge equivalent to 15 minutes of travel time per direction will be applied to the service duration and billing.

9. All prices subject to 15% HST.

10. Refund Policy: full amount refunded (minus deposit) if NO training takes place (classroom or in-car). Once classroom training has begun, 50% of the total package price (minus deposit) will be refunded if no in-car sessions have taken place. Once in-car training has begun, refunds will be based on the number of sessions not yet completed.
